Sharing Good Memories at.... A Place 4 Seniors Adult Day Care
The service that is provided by A Place for Seniors are outstanding. The owner Stephanie Lynn goes beyond the call of duty. I can't thank her enough for making sure things get done correctly. I've been with her company for the last 5 years and have appreciated their faithfulness & support. Nancy Witt

No One wants to believe that one day we will become a Senior; and certainly not be able to take care of our self, be alone, and unsafe (“Why that’s for those the Old People” we say.. or at least like to think!) Or, God forbid that a loved one is left to face the rest of life with dementia/Alzheimer’s Disease or other diseases that strip us of “OUR SELF” left only with a body that is failing as well.
Well…when it does happen; to a loved one….it stops you on a dime and life become as frightening as one could ever imagine.
Four years passed since the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s, with Parkinson and indeed life changed; but we were able to maintain for the most part. Then….It was time for Help!!
We were fortunate to find “A Place for Seniors” and that Sad, Quiet, Lonely, Angry Person, that was now sleeping most of the time and care about little, (A total opposite of the Proud, Busy Man he once was) WE FOUND A PLACE FOR HIM TO WAKE UP AND EVEN BE HAPPY) !!!
Our Family believes that “A Place for Seniors” Puts the “CARE” in Adult Day Care. and I would like to share a few our thoughts that happens on a daily basis: All the Staff:
Care about beginning every day with welcoming Morning Cheer
Care about keeping everyone busy with appropriately planned exercising for both
their minds and bodies. (with enthusiasm and enjoyment for each client)
Care about keeping everyone Safe
Care about maintaining their Socialization (No one ever feels alone)
Care about being a friend that can be relied upon.
Care and observe each client as if they are their own family member
Care to make sure that everyone is shown respect and maintains the dignity and quality of life in a place to look forward to going to & being with people they like being with.
Care and understand that the entire family is affected and care and support them as well.
I am sharing our story because it has given us peace of mind and ability to maintain again knowing that he is safe, and happy, and I have to mention “Well Fed”
I wanted to share my thoughts because “A place for Seniors” has changed our lives.
Sincerely, Linda Edwards
